Yes, as long as the headunit has a infared remote you can use the PAC SWI-X steering wheel interface:

I'm upgrading my factory headunit next week to the Eclipse AVN5495 & will be using the SWI-X. You also don't lose the steering wheel A/C functions if your truck has them.
