Exhaust Tips

Ordered a Walker BTM yesterday. Should be in on Tues. My dilemma. What tip should I get? I want chrome/stainless. I want larger size but don't know where to look. Any suggestions?
Thanks for all the advice.

Megs tips are nice. They are a little pricey though.

Re: Exhaust Tips

I went with a Gibson #500380 Slash Cut 3.5" to 4" Stainless Steel 12" exhaust tip. Looks great. Approx. $50.00.

Re: Exhaust Tips

I added a 5" diam X 15" Chrome tip, cut the back 4' off and angled it down into the corner.

Re: Exhaust Tips

PSDExecursion,
Guy's at O'Reilley's are incompetent!! On Friday I finally went to Partamerica.com and ordered the BTM. Good Price $41 but they add a $7 "Handling Charge" but free shipping on orders of $50 or more. Had buddy order something to put me over. Hopefully will get BTM in this week and have it installed along with the Oilguard and possibly a 60hp Superchip. I'll keep you posted.

Re: Exhaust Tips

I had a similar experience at O'Reilley's. I ordered it a week and a half ago. Paid $54 and had to pay $7 because they had to special order it. They said 3-5 days, it has been 9. I went to a local Big Rig shop and got a piece of galvanized 4” bent at a smooth 90. (paid $20 for it) I plan to have it put on as a tip, but it covers all the way back so it looks like a full pipe from the muffler. I am leaving it straight-cut and dumping it out the side like the original Dodge Cummins configuration. All this is if I ever get my muffler

Re: Exhaust Tips

Sorry to hear the trouble you guys are going through. My local Oreilly's had to get it from their warehouse, so I guess that wasn't a special order. That really sucks to charge extra $$ for that. I mean, damn, they know they are going to sell the part. If they don't want to get stuck with it, they should have you pay in advance, not jack you for $7.
