Floor liners

I Just picked up a new 2003 X. I really want to get some floor liners so the carpet does not get destoyed. Who have some of you X owners bought mats from? I would also like to buy some seat covers for the front.

Re: Floor liners

I bought a full set of Catchall mats for my truck. The mats match the factory color perfectly and they cover much more area than the originals. The front, middle, and rear seat mats ran me $200. I didn't price the one for the cargo area. I asked the same question about a month ago and most guys agreed the Catchall mats are hard to beat.

Re: Floor liners

I bought Husky Liners when I brought my 2000 X home. Factory floor mats were removed and still new. I like the Husky brand due to the lip around the edges to catch spills. I got the whole load, front, rear, and rear cargo. I ordered them after I ordered the truck and installed them less than a hour after I brought it home. Floors look new. I am about to otder a new X and will probably use the same mats. They still look new.

Re: Floor liners

I bought the Ford Mud Mats for my X. Have held up great and catch most all a bunch of Boy Scouts can track in. Would buy another set if I was buying a new X. They have held up great and still look new after washing.

Re: Floor liners

I have a set of catchall mats in my X. I like the husky liners in my 96' much better. I also had a set of husky liners in my 95 bronco and they were great. The catchall ones are much harder to clean than the husky liners it seems like the dirt gets embedded in them. The husky liners clean right up. Just my $.02

Re: Floor liners

I have www.foxweatherboots.com for the 1st and 2nd rows and www.weathertech.com cargo mats for behind the 2nd and 3rd rows.

I keep both cargo mats in the truck when I have the 3rd row out because with all the seats folded flat, the smaller cargo mat fits perfectly on the backs of the 2nd row seats so I have 8 feet of cargo mat. It is great.

I suggest you change your attitude about your truck. It makes life a lot more fun. Kinda like getting rid of jealousy, which only eats you up. So does worrying about your truck. They all end up in the grave eventually, as do we all. Do you want to enjoy the ride there?

Re: Floor liners

Yeah, silly you . why would you want to keep something that expensive nice . . .what in the H*$$ were you thinking?

Huskyliners for the front and second row, and weathertech cargo liner for the area where the third seat would be if it was in there. Got mine from Cabelas. http://www.cabelas.com

Take care,
Dave
