Found a good dealership in MN - at last! - Diesel Forum

3rd try is the charm.

I finally found a decent dealership to service my X in Minneapolis.

After recommendations from F-D.com I went this week to Boyer Truck in Minneapolis.

Here is my list of the good experience:

1 - They dropped me off at my office...no hesitattion

2 - They called me and reminded me that I forgot to mention a problem with the service advisor that I have mentioned when making the appointment.

3 - Done in a flash and they PICKED ME UP back at my office!

4 - Oil change was $6 cheaper than the dealership on 394 that won't give me a ride to my office (OR pick anyone up from anywhere...)

5 - Washed the truck...but asked me first if I wanted them to do it.

I am sold and will be buying any further Ford Truck products from them.

I must report the same excellent experience with them. They were very good with their ETA on when the X would be done with the service I was getting on it. They dropped me off at my office and as I was stepping out of the car, the guy said to just give them a call when i was ready to leave. The X was washed and ready to go when I picked it up. Definitely a nice change!!!
