Front auto/Lock Hubs...good news
A week ago I wrote how my front hubs were frozen (in the auto mode thank goodness) from not using them enough. I decided to replace them and Bruce sent me to eBay where there were some used ones for sale. I bid them to $350 and lost to some tool who paid $400 for them, I even thought $350 was too much for used ones but new they were $277 a piece. I tried an advertiser here and the best he could do was $230. I was at my local dealer getting front sway bar bushings and asked what his best price would be. He told me $189.00 a piece, with tax $400 out the door!!! Needless to say I bought them. Anyone want this deal PM me, I am sure they could do this for others....and they were in stock [img]/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] So all ended well, I have brand new hubs for the price of the used ones on eBay, which you never know how good they really were.
