I am needing new rotors at least on the front. I am having really bad vibrations when I step on the brakes. I had been thinking ART however I came across www.frozenrotors.com and I can get a complete set of gas slotted frozen rotors for a lot less than ART. Plus I could have them cross drilled as well and still be less than ART. I already had the pads done about 10K about when I had the rotors turned...Already bad.
I was wondering what anyone thought of www.frozenrotors.com..What I thought was interesting is that they both use the same brake pads "Performance Friction"...

We have been selling the Power Slot rotors and Hawk Pads with great success. All the severe use drilled rotors I have seen eventually crack, sometimes they even lose chunks which can be a big problem etc. They also have a cyro frozen product for a few bucks more but we haven't found it to be necessary so far.

I am happy with my ART's on all 4 corners, but that was before the price went up. I also would be concerned about cross drilling. That really is where cracks generate from on any metal object. The slots are more than adequate in my opinion for gassing off. My braking is easily 20% less distance.

My next question is do I replace all four? They took the tires off and definately the front rotors are done for. According to DIS (diesel injection service) where I get all my work done the fronts do about 80 - 90% of the braking. So if for not I can save a little money I might as well?
What are the thoughts of the public...

I have to do the brakes on mine and will go the ART route. I have heard nothing but good about them except for one member here that had problems. I think it was pad related though. I should have them in a week or 2 I hope.
