I have tried to research a few places, but couldn't come up with anything.

I still don't know for sure on that # but those look exactly like like the ones I put on the X..got them from my B in law's 99 which was ordered with the heavest he could get ..but couldn't get X codes cause of his options.
they work great!

I can only find the F81A but not ADD or any AD combination. They look pretty old. What are they from?

I was told from a 2002 F250.

But I am thinking now they must be from an earlier truck.

Guy I got them from really wasn't sure.
