How big would the fuel tank be on a 2005 PSD Excursion?

The 2000 is 44 or 45 gallons. I doubt that they changed that.

Yep, 44 gallons from conception to demise.

You can add capacity if you want by calling some aftermarket companies.

Transfer Flow in Chico comes to mind...
