Gas to diesel Excursion swap - Diesel Forum

I was thinking about buying a gas ex and swapping a cummins into it. My main questions are...Has anyone on here done this and if so how do you go about passing emissions or is this something I should not worry about? The reason I ask this is obviously the fact that the gasser vin will be with a diesel motor and I would imagine that there isn't a way around that. Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh and since I know it will come up, I would buy a PSD ex but I want to be able to say that I did the conversion and didn't buy it like that. Thanks

As for the Cummins, there is a company that does the swap. I wouldn't want to tackle it myself.

Yes I know that there is a company that does the swap but I am wanting to know about the emissions side of the swap.
