Since you live up in the "great white north" check out the Cloud-Rider grill cover. I got a stainless one for my X over the holidays while up visiting my mom. It looks sharp. I would think that you could get the black version and paint it to match your rig if you wanted.
I know that they can get them through the ford dealers in AB & BC. I got mine through a body shop in a small town in BC. I would expect the same in Ontario. I think it was about $140 cdn. It's kinda nice getting an exchange rate on my visa and getting the Tax back comming back into the U.S.!
