Has anyone added propane to there X

Im thinking about propane for my Excursion and wanted to see some of the tank setups. I have a 4x4 and don't want to loose any ground clearence. Im hoping the tank can hang about level with the bottom of the frame rail between the transfer case and rear end. Any pictures or links? Thanks, Ken

Re: Has anyone added propane to there X

I'm looking at doing propane for both my f350 and X but have run into a problem with the X. Lack of room all together for tank. Since these tanks are about a 5 gallon unit (not shaped by all means like your bbq tank) they create a location difficulty. A nitrous tank would have been easier. I could find a smaller tank that can collect the vapors but seems like it would be too much work to refill the tanks
