Re: Headlight Removal?
I removed and replaced mine with the newer clear style headlights a while back. the little metal clips slide straight out, but you have to pry up the little ears that hold them in place. It was a little bit of a pita but I was able to do it with a small screw driver in there at some weird angles. Somoene on this site said there was a specialized tool that worked very well to stick down in the clips to get the ears or little clips to release. There are two an upper and lower on each side. I can look at mine again tonight to refresh my memory and give you some more detail. My new clear headlights, Silver Stars and GOS upgraded harness look a million times better.

In betweeen boats so now I have a custom 2003 HD Heritage Softtail I Love! Will return to boating when sons get older at 2mm LOTO, MO! Ride with friends now...Harley much cheaper on fuel!
