1. Anybody know if the seats are prewired and ready to go for the heated option? It would be nice if it was a straight swap.
2. Anybody in the southern climes with heated seats they have never used want to swap (with a cash incentive of course!)

Wellll.... Best $500 I ever spent on any vehicle. Just $%@%$$# I had to spend it and Ford wouldn't help. 'Course you will need new shocks to control them, add another $250. Still well spent.
The change in the ride was dramatic. The vehicle went from almost unbearable (I was on the bumpstops at 9k mi) to riding literally, like a Cadillac (which is a nicer ride than a Lincoln).
Since I can stiffen the shocks, and I have tried them stiff, and the ride degrades, I do not think I would ever need stiffer springs.
The ride height went up from 0" to about 1.75" off the bumpstop and has not moved in 14K mi. The truck was level, but now the ass end is starting to sag which gives me a slight nose high attitude. I anticipated this and will likely add a new leaf and sway bar in the spring. I have access to a top-notch suspension shop so I will take their advice.
Put'em in. I can't imagine how you could regret it.

Thanks edex2 for the testimonial. Really appreciate the input. I'm starting to get on the fence with this swap cause I don't want to be nose high at all.

Nose high is easy to fix, living with the ride is impossible
