Any suggestions on this code would be great. Iread this code and the dealer is looking for 2 hours diagnostic and 1 hour labor to replace a sensor? 300 plus parts, WOW. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

I don't have a 7.3 SD but on my 95 its just behind the oil resivior...a 1" dia sensor with a wire on the top mounted on a metal bracket..the tube comes out the bottom and runs down in front of the passenger head. Get a piece of welding rod and clear the tube with it, a little carb cleaner will help.
