You can buy one at most "big" truck supply stores. Summit Racing www.summitracing.com has an AutoMeter hour meter for $48.00 and a VDO for $32.00. Northern Tool www.northerntool.com has a "no-name" hour meter for $24.99
Just hook the ground wire to a good ground under the dash and the hot wire to a fuse in the fuse box that is hot when the truck is running. I even put one on my John Deere garden tractor to keep up with the 25 hour oil changes.
