How does the AXD1 code respond to chips?

Just as the title says. Also, we may be getting the speedo adjusted by Ford in the near future. Do I need to fear them flashing my computer to a crappy code while they are at it?? Or is it possible that I would get a better code? Thanks guys.

Re: How does the AXD1 code respond to chips?

Same code. Run DI 4 pos chip. No problems.
If runs fine do not let them flash, put it on the work order. If they want to they must get your permission first. I have a lock over my
connector so they don't have access.

My wife's Excursion has this code and we are using the Banks Big Hoss chip power level-5. What can I say, it works great!
