I get my new X on Saturday

Any tips? Have the bugs been worked out of the 6.0? I will use it to tow my Corvette I road race. I got everything but sunroof and the skid plate. Hows the mileage? I have a 2001 Dodge dually with a Cummins now. I also have 4 Lulls with JD's and a Detroit. Thanks! I was thinking of bigger wheels but nothing crazy. Hows the navagation system I got from Ford?

Re: I get my new X on Saturday

I looked last night and love it. The motor looks like it's packed in there and tight. The nav system is Pioneer. It showed a little map and where you are I will see if it works good today. Made in Kentucky not Mexico like the Suburban I looked at. I only drove a gas Excusion when I tested them. The last Ford diesel I owned was a 89 Super Duty F450. I'll be going for mats and seat Covers for the leather as the furry friends ride along too from 12 lb. to 110 lb.
How does the 4 WD engage by vacuum? Wheels look decent and will probably stay. Also got 100,000 miles warranty from Gieco, bumper to bumper except wear items for GET THIS Fifteen bucks a month I guess I'll dump the oil at 1500-2000 depending on the weather. I do the Dodge Cummins at every 7500 and had it tested twice with good results. I started it last night but didn't notice any wait to start light so I just waited a bit then cranked it. CongRATulations on the new toy hauler. You are going to love it and are going to be grinning like a jacka&& eating cactus.

If your wait to start light does not start to come on make a trip by the dealer and get ot checked out. If Ford has not changed their setup on it, when you turn the key on it is supposed to come on to test the system. Just because it comes does not mean that the it energizes the glow plug. Temprature is what determines this.

Good luck and win a bunch of the road races for us.
