Can someone direct me to where I can get a fitted rubber mat for the back of my Excursion?
I had our travel trailer battery in the back for the last couple of days, and it decided to tip over and eat through the carpet ( a 2 foot by 1 foot hole )
Also, is their anything else I should do to the contaminated area besides a good cleaning and some baking soda?
Thanks for any help on this one.

Check out www.macneilauto.com. We purchased a rear cargo mat and it fits perfectly. It is available for behind the third row or behind the second row. If I recall, the mat that goes behind the third row was $85. It is very durable, and supposedly indestructible!

My dad has one of these for his Suburban, not only will it protect your carpet but it allows you to carry stuff you would normally never carry in your nice expensive Excursion/Suburban.
My only complaint is that the sides will not stay perfectly straight up. This has only been a problem once, when we spilled the cooler inside the truck and a little water splashed over the edge. But so what, it was just water.

I just bought a complete set of WeatherTech mats, including a cargo mat from CFMinc in Beaverton, Oregon. They fit perfectly and are very plyable. I have a set in my 97 Mazda B4000 and my wife's Lexus ES300. The mats are by far the best fitting and longest lasting mats I've ever owned. Don't fool around with cheap mats. Go WeatherTech.
I bought a full set of mats from macneilauto.com. Mats are very nice. The one for behind the second row seats has cutouts for the third row seats so the seat can be installed with the mat in place. Mat won't hold liquids with holes cut out so I ordered both mats, one for when the third seat is installed another when it is not.
Thanks for all your help. I decided to go with the Weathertech mats for the whole truck. I ordered up the big cargo mat that goes behind the second seats, and floor mats for the front and middle rows. Hopefully I'll like them
Now I gotta convince my wife to let me spend the bucks for the guages. It's not going to be easy. I'll be making dinner for the kids for a while

As a follow up. I just received my Weathertech mats for the front and middle seats. I'm sure the cargo mat will follow in the next couple of days.
I'm disappointed in their initial appearance. The middle seat mat is actually 2 mats that intertwine rather poorly, and if I move the captains chairs, the mat tends to fold up. Also the mats for both the middle seat and the front seats have very little water protection. Most of the mat just allows water to run right off of the mat with just a small foot section that would hold it. The edge of the mat does not have an edging to hold the water in. I certainly would have figured they would have put an "edge" around the entire mat
These definitely wont work well in Minnesota

FORD HAS VERY NICE MATS FOR ALL THREE AREAS INCLUDING CARGO AREA. THERE ARE IN THE "NO BOUNDARIES" CATALOG AND REASONABLY PRICED.

I also have Husky liners for all areas of my X. They are rigid w/edges and hold water well (i've had a couple accidents already!). They also added door edge guards. But what i now find i need is a liner that covers the entire back, when ALL the seats are down, since that's how i use my X the most. Haven't yet checked w/Husky to see if they can do that.
