I sent Mr.Bill a letter.

I sent Mr.Bill Ford a letter a few weeks back in reguards to having to spend close to $600 to get my truck to handle right.I also mentioned the female service managers statement "shocks have nothing to do with stability",while I was being scolded like a little school boy who wet his pants for putting in Bilsteins. You spend $40 grand and you can't enjoy a drive on the open highway without a death grip on your steering wheel. Then you go back to the dealer and complain a bunch of times and you get scared that Sister Mary Elizabeth the Service Manager is going to hit you with the ruler,go figure. Lets see if I get any response from the BIG GUY.Joe M P.S.I even mentioned that they checked my truck out so well on the complementry service that they listed my tires 35psi. front & 35psi. rear
