Just a few questions

Hi,
I bought a 2002 PSD X limited about 3 weeks ago, I finally got to drive it and check it out (had to wrestle my wife for it). Has anyone had enough success with a chip in an 2002 that you would seriously recommend? Did Ford stop putting catalitic converters on PSD's? My '96 f250 came with one but I don't see one on the X. Do aftermarket shocks make a big enough difference or should I be looking to change the front springs for more travel?
Thanks,
Chuck

Re: Just a few questions

Hey Chuck congrats on the new X ! I'm waiting for mine to arrive, but won't be till Jan. '02 .
I have never run a chip, but I did install a Hypertech PPIII on my 2001 F-350 PSD and really liked the difference, however I've since gotten used to the added power and now I'd like just a little more .
As for shocks, I'm going with Bilsteins 5100s. I'll also be adding Hellwig sway bar to the front and rear.
My 2001 PSD doesn't have a cat and I believe the 2002s will not have a cat either, although I've been wrong in the past .
