Re: KYB Shocks ???

I like them...but to each his own. But if you don't have a rear-swaybar then you are not going to be as happy with ANY shock replacement...a rear swaybar is absolutely necessary.

Re: KYB Shocks ???

I've heard good things about the Rancho RS9000X shocks and plan on getting a set. A while back, I saw a link to a website offering a set of four at a price of $274 delivered. Had it bookmarked but I lost it. Anybody know the website I'm referring to?

Bruce

On edit: I found the site: samsoffroad.com. Sells a set of 4 RS9000X for $274 delivered.

I just put a set of those on my 01, thought they would be good because they worked well on my car.

WRONG!!! I truelly believe these KTB's are worse than the stock shocks they replaced.

Re: KYB Shocks ???

I put KYB Gas a Justs on my 88 Lincoln. They were so stiff, I took them off. KYB provided their softer shocks, at NC to exchange. They are so-so.

I put Edelbrock IAS shocks on my 00 Ex 4x4 PSD. They are the best shocks I have ever tried. Softened ride AND improved handling, just like they said the would!
