I saw a 2004 (i think) Excursion and he had LED running lights on his running boards. It was day time so I did not see the lit but they kind of looked like those line of fire brake lights. Anyone ever see these before. Could they be used for turn signals too?

Was it maybe just an LED light bar, like used on trailers?
