The 'fitmeup' says that partnumber 26083 is for a SuperDuty. Their customer service says they do not make one for an Excursion. (Could customer service be wrong... its possible)
It appears to come in 2 pieces (there is no part for the opening in the bumper). How many pieces does this unit come in?
Does it leave a horizontal gap, where the big grill bar would be on a SuperDuty?
If you say it snapped in easily, that is great, I have one just like it that I've used for 7 seasons on my 93 Suburban, and am very happy with it.
