lifted ex pics

Can someone do me a favor and post a couple of pics of their lifted excursions? I am looking for someone with a lift around 8 inches and with 38" tires. Any help is greatly appreciated. Oh and by the way I need them posted cause I am stuck overseas right now and they block pretty much all web sites but this one. Thanks.

Re: lifted ex pics

Thanks for the pics. How does that lift ride. I am thinking about going with the Donahoe racing lift, but I am unsure. Thanks.

Re: lifted ex pics

Hey with that 7 inch lift how does it ride and do you think that you could fit 38's under it? The only reason I am asking is I have a set of 38" swamper radials sitting around and am thinking about putting them on my excursion. Also what kind of mileage are you getting out of those PJ's I heard that they are horrible for heavy vehicles. Thanks

Re: lifted ex pics

Cant express how happy I am with the ride. And tire noise is very low. For the 38" tires I dont see a problem with the height at all. But there could be some issues if they are real wide tire. And you would probaly only run into issues when wheeling or flexing the suspension real hard. I say go for it. For the size of the truck and a locker in the rear I think they are wearing at a reasonable rate.

I have 8K on them. The thin tread on top of the lugs or tread of the tire is about gone. Wearing nice and even though. The rear suspension is a set of 8" Deaver springs. The springs are sitting right on the axel. No blocks.

Re: lifted ex pics

See signature for pictures.

It's not as big as your wanting (4" and 35's) but gives you some more pics to see of lifted x's.

Take Care,
Lane

Re: lifted ex pics

Thank you everyone for the pictures and ideas. I think I have decided to go with the Donahoe 7" kit and run 38's. If need be I might do the glass fenders but I will probably get rid of the stock bumper and go with the road armor front and rear. Thanks.
