Love this vehicle...what a great day.

1300 miles and lovin' it! The best part is all of the "chores" that come along with this ride...I am almost glad Ford left off some of those items that used to be standard.

Put in my hood insulator today and my front weather striping (thanks 1stfordparts.com) on the hood. Plus I built a custom bug guard out of screen door framing that is sweet, especially considering how much of a novice I am compared to most of you when it comes to all things mechanical. Just wait til I change my own oil for the first time

Plus, those activities didnt get in the way of a few samples of Anheuser-Busch products and my Cardinals are in town for some baseball!

Mine had the front seal but not the insulator. It sounds like the front seal is now making to the "delete" list! Unbeleivable!

Re: Love this vehicle...what a great day.

I just made a post mentioning the changes I see in what comes standard and not. Mine had the hood mat and seal, but no light.

I also saw a post in this forum where much talk about the hood mats part numbers prices and where froms are talked about in detail.

I will do a backstroke and try to get you the post info so you can follow up.
