Modest lift to Excursion

This has been asked before, and I've searched the forums already, but since it's been a while, and new product may be out, what's the best way to do a modest lift, or level on an Excursion. I leveled my Superduty w/a Fabtech 3 1/2" kit, and changed block, and switched to BFG 35" on Weld SS II's. It's great, but I don't want to go up that high on the EX-----
any ideas?? I know about the one w/550 springs----looking for other ideas.

thanks,
aces

Re: Modest lift to Excursion

Aces,

You might want to check out a custom lift from National Spring or Deaver Spring for whatever height you're looking for. This way you'll get the height you want and the very best ride possible. National and Deaver are probably the best quality springs you'll will find. They'll build your springs specifically for your weight and application with the lift you want to achieve.

Re: Modest lift to Excursion

I was advised that the added weight of the roof, rear hatch, glass, etc., would negate the advantages provided by the velvet rides. They're really designed for a truck that is driven empty, and the above mentioned items add up to payload, so the "arms" of the shackles would be extended all the time!!!!!
