More Aggressive Look ?

I have a 2003 Excursion, can I install the headlights/Grill of the newer 2009 350 trucks? I think this will give it a real nice look? Has anyone played around with this or something similar?

I don't know how similar it is, but I put a truck grill (roughly the same vintage) on our '01 X, and painted it black to match the body. It looks good.

It would cost about $1000...it is a big job, you can go to Ebay and get the grill, a cut down version of the 05 and up. Otherwise it is a grill, bumper and lots of other stuff. I was thinking of the cut down grill but its $350. I just covered mine by the lights.

I do like the 08 and up front clip but when they moved the marker lights above the headlights they really screwed up the look, thats just not how it should look. Nothing cooler than cab lights, mirror lights and parking/running lights at dusk, I love to run mine at that time.....

Got a pic of those LED's, I can't visualize them but it sounds good and I may want to do this too. On my PIAAs there is a 5 watt bulb in each that comes on with the park lights, it makes them glow pretty cool, the main bulb is a hi/low.....100 low, 150 high. I have the covers off in this pic but they are a cross mesh with PIAA in the middle, the light shines thru them so I keep them on now.

I see it now, how did you do that, I bet it looks cool at night. Would I have to have the 05 lights? I would like to get these, let me know how I can buy this set up, hopefully I can use my 03 set up. Thanks.

well they are made for the 99-04 trucks, its just a one piece set up rather than a 2 piece. I got them on eBay, just go to eBay motors and type in F250 headlights and scroll through, they are that expensive, only like $150 with shipping and all. I just installed HID's too with those headlights and it looks sick!

Does anyone else have a ford logo that lights up in the front grill? I have seen 4 or 5 other X's, dont know what year, none have the light up blue oval that mine does.
