New Shock Recommendations

I am looking to replace shocks on my excursion. I tow 9000# travel trailer several times a year. Anyone have recommendations? Any recommended dealers here have them?

Re: New Shock Recommendations

I would go with the Rancho RS9000X if you are towing heavy. You can adjust them for what type of ride you want. This Place has the beat deal I have seen but you have to order them by 04/30/05 to get the buy 3 get 4 deal. I had these on my Ford Van and just installed them on the Excursion. The ride difference is unbelievable. I will see how the do when towing this weekend.

Re: New Shock Recommendations

Rancho RSX 9000's. Had them on my '00, and just installed them on my '05. Bilstien's are also very good, but I like the adjustability of the Rancho's. Allows for tons of flexibility when towing or if you really load down the truck on trips. It takes a while to tinker with the 9 settings to find one you like, but once you're there, its smooth sailin'.
