No starting, please help me

I own a 2004 6.0 diesel Excursion. We recently had the oil and fuel filters changed, it ran great for 2 days. I went to go start it on day 3 and now it won't start. It turns over just fine but feels like it isn't getting any fuel. I have aprox 1/2 a tank of fuel and I have been using the Diesel Klean regularly. I also make sure that it is plugged in every night as well. Please can anyone give me an idea of what might be going on with it....

Thanks a bunch

First thing to do would be to check all your fuses.

Do you get a wait-to-start light when you turn the key on? That can be a sign of a problem getting power where it needs to be for the engine to run.

Hopefully one of the 6.0L guys will see this and give you some more specific things to look at.

Unhappy

So I checked all the fuses as well as the relays. Nothing bad there. My glow plug light comes on just fine and then shuts off like it should. I checked the fuel filter on my block and and there was no fuel. I also checked the just changed oil filter and it was a mess. (I took it to a professional when I had my oil changed and my filters.) I put fuel into the fiter and it still isn't turning over. I am still in need of help to shed some light on what is going on with my "baby".

Thanks

Before we scare you with the possibilities of a HPOP (High Pressure Oil Pump) failure, you need a scangauge or equivalent to monitor and or read what some of your sensors are showing. The primary sensors to be read with a crank no start on a 6.0l diesel are:

ICP - Injection Control Pressure
IPR - Injection Pressure Regulator

What the 2 sensors are reading before and during cranking will provide alot of information.

The FICM (Fuel Injection Control Module) Has 3 areas that need to be monitored at all times, they are:

FVP
FLP
FMP

Reading here will give you some helpful information:
Troubleshooting a "no Start" condition
