NY X owners - I need the Unladen weight.

Moving from PA to NY, NY requires the Unladen weight on the Title. It was non-existant on the PA title. The door jamb certification label gives the truck 9200 lbs GVWR. That must be empty + payload.

Can somebody check their NY title and tell me what you show for unladen weight?

I haven't received my title yet, but the shipping paperwork that I got from the dealer said 7,495lb. I will respond again when I get my title.

Re: NY X owners - I need the Unladen weight.

I haven't weighed our X before but your's is going to weigh closer to 8000lbs because of the 7.3 vs. the lighter 6.0 of the others that have replied so far. 7800 is in the ballpark but in reality you will be closer to 8000.

Re: NY X owners - I need the Unladen weight.

Unfortunatly I live in N.Y. and you can tell by the political swing of things it is not the place to be.Why are you comming to N.Y. when many like myself are looking to RUN?

To answer your question,my reggie states 7425.That is what you will pay for,an annual charge of $56.00 plus extras comes out to $132 ever two years. It is renewed every two years in N.Y..

Depending on where in N.Y. you are going expect to pay heavy for insurance. The closer to N.Y.C. or any other big city, you will be clubbed like a baby seal!I price insurance in VA. where we are relocating and it is Half of what I'm paying.GOOD LUCK,Joe M.
