Oil leak
Had an oil leak. A quart would leak out about every 1,500 miles or so(of solid, "non-stop" driving). Maybe every 3,000 miles of local everday type driving.
A friend with a service truck with a 7.3L said it is probably the high pressure oil pump seal(O-ring). He was right. Also an o-ring was leaking on an oil line going to the intercooler.
PArts ordered and dealer to put them on. Glad it wasn't anything major(rear main seal).
110,000 miles on vehicle.
