Just picked up my 04 (1/26/04 build date) Ex - an Eddie Bauer, 4x4, PSD, DVD, with all the options. We figured we might as well get everything
We went out for a drive after finishing the paperwork (did X-plan, we were in and out, did all the paperwork, tradein, etc. in about 45 minutes). It was a little weird getting used to the size in the dark
Well, now I get to figure this thing out, thanks for all the help with my stupid questions over the last few weeks. I'm sure I'll have more though!
I think my neighbors think I'm but that's cool, I dig diesels
Now I'll change my .sig

Congratulations! I hope you enjoy this beautiful beast called the Excursion. I can honestly say I love my truck more now than I did when I bought it 3.5 years ago. The grin has never left my face...if anything, it's gotten bigger.
And another Congrats on the new Excursion PSD
It seems more and more folks are purchasing these trucks and can't blame any of them
We too dig our Excursion just as much as the day we picked it up in 2002.
Post as many questions as you can here

Congrats on the new purchase. Just completed our purchase last night.
I would have preferred to take delivery during the day but just couldn't get away from work any sooner.
I can relate to the size issue for a first drive home at night.
I'm beginning to get used to the height.. Remember I'm going from a Subau Forester to an X.
The wife will be going from a mini van to the X. Quite a contrast.
Good luck with the new ride.

congrad's I really like this ride. The wife likes it because she feels like she is largest truck on the road. I like it because you can tow alot of stuff carry eight folks and carry all of their stuff. Plus you still have power left to pass folks. Now thats
