One of the happiest days of my life!!!

Well, today is one of the happiest days of my life because with this monthly payment to Ford Credit...

MY EXCURSION IS PAID FOR FREE AND CLEAR!!! Yes!!!!!!!

It's been tough making payments as I bought it on a 3-Year note, and was unemployed for almost a year. The monthly note was quite significant, and I feel like a huge boulder was lifted off my shoulders. Heck, it was practically a second house payment! But, that 0.9% financing was hard to pass up when I purchased. I'm proud to say that I financed the entire purchase but only paid $400 in interest!

So, now I'll have a bit of money left over each month to consider getting additional mods or even selling my F-150 to buy a used 7.3L PSD like a F350 CC. Whatever the case may be, I plan on keeping this Excursion until the body rots out from under the still-running engine.

Oh, what a glorious day!

Congratulations.

I'm on a similar plan, but about a year behind you.
Can't wait for the day.

congrats . I remember a couple of years ago when I got the title to my F350 and it was great. It will be a few more years until I get the title to the X I just couldn't swing the $1000 payments .

Brad:

He he...well, I'm sure you could've had it paid for by now if it hadn't been for all those sweet mods you've got! You've got one heck of ride. Then again, nothing like financing the purchase so you can use the cash for all the "goodies."

As a side note--Do you get a lot of 'stang owners wanting to race you at the stoplights? With that Cobra on the side I'm sure you get plenty of challenges. I wish I could see their faces when that bus blows their doors off...

It's the 5.0 guys at the drag strip that get embarrassed the most.
