Re: part number for rear cargo door rubber stoppers

Maybe I can help! If you are referring to the little black stops on the flip-up portion of the tailgate (just outside the glass fasteners), I lost one of mine too. A very good dealer in CT (Bridgehaven-Milford) could not find the part number or part either. However, the Parts guy recognized that they are identical to stops for gloveboxes on some SuperDuty's. We dug through his bins of stops and found a perfect match. He offered the best price too, free. Find a nice parts guy and ask to dig. Hope this helps.

Ditto: Dealer in Houston could not find a P/N either. Lucky for me, the guy that hand washed my X found the rubber pad and put in the truck not knowing where it went. Now when I have it washed, I point them out and check them when I pick up the clean X.

Re: part number for rear cargo door rubber stoppers

Both my '02 Ex and my new '03 Ex were missing those bumpers...
The '02 scratched the bottom doors because of it and the dealership didn't know they were missing either...
But glad they didn't because the 30 days they kept the 02 is part of the reason they bought back the 02 and I've got the new 03 6.0L 4x4 that we REALLY like... MUCH more that the 02 and we LOVED the 02 !!!

If you don't have these, the top hatch WILL eventually scratch the bottom doors !

Can someone post a pic of these things?
