price on a 2002 limited

Has anyone bought a 2002 limited diesel 4x4. I have one in the driveway for a couple of days to see if they wife can handle it. It has every option except the tv/vcr. The wife likes it better then the 2001 cause it has quad captians chairs. I can get it for $42. Does this sound like a good deal?

just priced one today 4x4 ultimate without rear capt chairs sticker 48255 with discount or 545. equals 47710. the a plan price is 40243.00 x plan is 41852.00 looks like you are there....... how do you llike the rear capt chairs? I am thinking of buying an in stock 2001 cloth xlt psd for x plan 38731 and 2000 rebate so thats 36731.

what is the "A" plan? and the x plan?
So far i have not really driven the x. i'm trying to close the wife on the idea.
she likes the quad chairs because she can get to the kids with out getting out of the trk.
my "deal" is inv cost and split "hold back"
i do alot of business with this dealer so they are trying to take care of me.
but it sounds like the your "plan price" is a better deal.

Here in Austin Texas, you can still get a 2001 PSD X 4X4 for around 35K. Are the captains chairs really worth 7 grand? I bought my Limited 4X2 PSD for just a little over 34K one week ago. It also has everything except the TV. The dealer I bought mine (Covert Ford) from still has around 6 diesels sitting on the lot (2 4X4's) as of last week. They are still advertising $9227 under MSRP on remaining 2001 models.
