Rattle in passenger seat

I've got a rattle in my front passenger seat. I've narrowed it down to the front left part of the seat (closest to the center console and dashboard).

I've pulled the cushion up, and I can hit the back of the seat and make it rattle, but I can't see anything moving.

Anyone have any ideas?

I wish that was it. It would be easy to fix.

I tightened every bolt I could get to under there and it still does it. If you move the seat forward an inch, it stops. I've got it like that for now but would still like to figure out the root cause of it. That seat has always had the shakes when no one is in it. It vibrates a lot more than I've ever seen an empty passenger seat vibrate.
