Has anyone taken this cover off? I want to know how it is put on so I can remove it without damaging it and also wanted to know if it is just wires to this panel... I am going to be removing it and relocating it with a custom overhead for the DVD player..

It just "pops" on, they use fasteners that are like door panel ones and you just have to pull on a corner and it will pop off, just like the overhead for compass and mileage. It is a little scarry but it will come with an easy pull, don't yank on it or use a screw driver as you could distort the panel and possibly punchure the headliner. My theory is this: if it went on it will come off, if you can't see screw heads it was just pushed on.

Auxiliary Climate Control Assembly —Rear
Removal and Installation
Remove the auxiliary climate control assembly.
Pull down on the front of the auxiliary climate control assembly and slide forward and downward.
Disconnect the electrical connectors thats all thats there.
