Is the rear bumper for an X the same as the one on the Super Duty? What about an aftermarket "Ranch Hand" type? Will one from a truck fit an X? Thanks.
Yes, the Ranch Hand will fit. The toughest part is taking the factory hitch off. It is attached with break-away bolts but we air chiseled them out...other than than, smooth sailing. We had to drill the holes for the back-up sensors, piece of cake. My Excursionator

We used the same housing mounts that were in the bumper. Once we removed the sensors from their respective housing-collars, we pried them out (carefully)from the old bumper and re-installed them in the new one. Sensors went back-in and that's about it.
