I have had this replaced since it leaked dust so bad I could taste it, has anyone else had this problem? The new one seems to be a little better but still is not keeping it all out.
Also I have yet to have them fix the paint rubbing off on the gate top.

Rich,

If you turn on the vent in the cab and turn it to medium or high and keep the windows up, it will pressurize the cab and keep dust out. You can't have it in the re-circulate mode, that doesent work.

I live on a dirt road and that silt gets into everything.

Yep, I have done that and I know about that fine powder. It gets me most when I am hunting or we go to our cabin and are on the dirt roads for a while. I don't think the x is as airtight as the sub was
