Re: Replacing Rear Seatbelt

aces,

Sorry to here about your seatbelt. I traded a 96 Honda Civic that had no seat belts left because of my dogs for my Excursion. I had an estimate done for the seatbelts and it was about $50 for parts and $50 labor to replace each belt ($400 total). Will probably run you in that neighborhood to replace your X belts. Ended up buying crates for the X because the $60 each crate up front is cheaper than replacing the belts. Also try Fooey or bitter apple tostop the dog from chewing the interior apart.

Replacing Rear Seatbelt

Dog ate the seatbelt, and bracket---this is the seatbelt at the third seat, passenger side---I took a quick look, and replacing the bracket (or housing) isn't gonna be fun. I'll probably have to take down the whole side panel, and thread the belt through it. Before I get into this, anyone have any tips or knowlege about this task??

thanks
