Ride height after spring swap

Finally got the rear springs in. Did the modification that Cary recommends and ended up at 40 inches in the front and 42 in the back. Is this typical?

I stupidly did not measure before I started, so I need to get an estimate of what I had before so I can work out whether to switch shocks.

I will say the ride is much softer, and even the wife likes the way it looks now!

Phil

So did you do the "V" codes in thr front? How about the drop hangers? Lastly what size block did you use in the back?

Thats why I always like to see 2" hangers used as this happens even using the stock 2" rear blocks.
..also to "look" level the back needs to be higher as the back window makes the rear look lower than it is.

I did the V codes in front, without hangers. I also used the stock block in the rear.

I like the back higher, due to what Cary says about the windows making it look like a tail dragger when it is level.

Haven't had the chance to take it out on the freeway yet, so I am hoping for no vibration issues.
