sounds like knocking teeth or missing teeth on flywheel while starting

Have a 05 X with a 6.0 in it and when you try and start it is sounds like the flywheel is missing teeth.[it is NOT] put new starter on it and same thing.checked the wire for the solenoid and it flashes while cranking.Theft system?Theft lite is working ok.I did see that the start goes to the gem module and that there is a starter relay there.tried different relay and same thing.What is causing this?am at a lose and need the vehicle before monday.Monday I will have access to factory manuals but does no good now.Battery are new and load test fine.Thanks

Sounds like it is just a noise.....and that nothing seems to be wrong besides that.....so I guess I would just drive it and see if the noise develops into a visable problem....
