Stull Grille Installation Tips

I just received my 3-piece Stull Grille yesterday (Thanks Mr. Superduty!). Unfortunately I have to wait until next weekend to install it. The instructions seem pretty straight forward (I have to get my hands on the illustrations they reference), but I was hoping to get some installation tips from those that have already done it on their Excursion. Anything I should watch for?

Also, if you transferred your Ford logo from the stock grille, how did you do it? I've heard that 3M automotive double sided tape works. Are their other methods that have been used?
