Stumble?

I am getting a stumble after about 15 minutes of driving almost everytime I drive it. You'll be driving it and all of the sudden it will hessitate or stumble and then it's fine. After it does it once it's fine until it sits again for a long period of time like over night. I'm am stumped as to what this is. Other than this the truck runs great. I was told maybe some type of temp. sensor?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
