Super Duty PCM Code in an X

I wanted to know if anyone has tried to get the PCM in your X reflashed to a Superduty Code? I want the shifting of the truck that I had before. The X is to soft and slow.
The trans slips in my X quite a bit when under hard accel / towing. The service dept. just put a new trans in it to try and fix it, but it is still to soft and slow.

Any other suggestions if the PCM won't work?

I have a PPIII and it doesn't help the trans, it just makes it worse.(double shifting under heavy throttle, or banging in and out of gears under light throttle)
