Swaybar (rear)

Just installed from my local Ford dealer, Believe me this is a must for any X owner. For me the high speed 60-70mph,control is now straight and true, you point and the BIG A_ _ follows. Around town the ride is more firm but not jarring. What an
must for owners.

I would have never thought of adding a rear swaybar except for reading from this Form and its owners. Great Job

Re: Swaybar (rear)

Big North,

I've got a 4" exhaust with a 5"Magnaflow SS tip. Check my photos. It's stainless and sounds great. If that's what you're looking for, let me know, and I'll get you their number.

Re: Swaybar (rear)

From a previous post of mine:
If anyone wants to order the Hellwig's rear sway bar for a 4x4 Excursion, give Cathy a call at 815-667-7865. She works for J.C. Whitney in their special orders department. Her work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, Central Standard time. She does have a direct line. If you get the voicemail, please leave me her a message and she is good about returning messages. The Hellwing part number for this part is 7643 and I paid about $125. Shipping time was about a week. Cathy was a very nice and helpful person to deal with.
Hope this helps,
John
