My wife crushed the tail pipe on our 2001 PSD excursion. Does anyone have a take-off tail pipe or tail pipe & muffler they would be willing to sell? I'm in the Dallas Ft. Worth area.
You're in luck - just looking at mine in the garage and wondering when I would have the guts to throw it out - removed it with under 10,000 miles on the truck. I don't know what it would cost to ship it or drive it to you, but I have discussed it with my 'boss' and she won't kill me if I get rid of it........ I have no clue what it is worth...... I thought the factory pipe looked stupid and was not long enough. I had a muffler shop cut mine off at the bend and welded on a stainless tip that is 3.5". It now sticks out far enough so as not to get hit and keeps the soot off the truck. He also cut it so it now bends back instead of straight out. The total cost was $54.00
