Well, due to the fact the Housing Industry is dead I have to sell the X, see my link for pics and below for its options. This truck looks like new in and out and has been a flawless runner for 160,000 miles. I need about $23,000 for this and that is a great deal due to the condition and add ons I have done. It is a sad day to say the least.....

Yea, life comes at ya fast. The housing industry is all but gone here in MI and I can't hold out for another 5 years, I want out and this will mean a pay cut so I have to make a change. Oh well, I can always get another some day but it is a shame. I plan to move to the UP, to work for a builder who wants to sell in a few years so I am going to work my way in, he has the only concrete mill within 100 miles and is the oly builder in Grand Marais. Then I get to drive bull dozers and front loaders so all is not lost.
