08 F350 front end on a 97 E350?

I was wondering if this would work? So I looked in a crash parts book and noticed that everything from the side cowl panel back looks like the numbers interchange. I've been thinkin about finding a high mileage 03 model with telescoping mirrors that way I can switched the doors out and not have to worry about any drilling, seats with armrests in the middle and other interior. So if the 08 will work then maybe I will be lucky enough to find a 6.0 with the intercooler and switch out radiator support with the holes for the intercooler along with the rest of the front end just to be different and maybe an upgraded headlight depending on if they are any better. Seats with armrests would be a lot more comfortable on those long trips. What are you guys thought's?

Thanks,
Nick

Not sure if the fenders will line up with older doors. I plan on changing the doors out anyway to get the telescoping mirrors. Just have to get the funds up now.

Hey Nick, you get around to pulling the trigger on that project, if you cant find a complete front end, and end up pieceing it together, Ive got your complete OE Chrome bumper assembly for 2008-2010 vans, including brakets and the lower plastic valance, and it will bolt onto youre van (ive tried it on my 2002). $200.00, plus greyhound, which is probably around $50. I looked up the prices for the bumper parts only, and if memory serves, it was just south of a grand. I picked a couple up from a van converion company and have been pedaling them on fleabay. Take care, Bill

Just wanna make sure that you said the bumper was a direct bolt on with the 08 brackets? Thats a start to confirm that it will work.
