12volt outlet fuse location/Owner Man. ?'s

Does anyone have a diagram for the fuse box under the driver's side dash? I lost power to the bottom 12volt outlet. I don't have my meter to track the fuse down, and it's way to cold to be playing the guessing game!

Also, does anyone know where I can find a new/used 1997 E350 Super Duty PSD User/Owner Manual. Would be nice to have for general references.

I lost that bottom outlet also.. but dealer fixed before I tracked it down.

Any chance someone can tell me about the fuse for the interior light?

I have a 07 E450 box 6.0diesel..
